Sport skinny fat

Hy.i am 15 1.89m and 77 kilograms. i have around 15& bodyfat. I am skinny fat..i have a little belly but i can see some 4-pack.I also have fat on my biceps but also muscle..I am a tennis player .Doing 5-6 times/week 2 hours..I heard some stories that if you are skinny fat its difficult to achieve the body that you want..its difficult anyway..But i heard that either you are skinny skinny or very fat..I really want to be ripped...or have like 8&bodyfat..Can you give me some tips&tricks ,calories per day?
 
Well, I don't think I'd consider 15% fat to be skinny fat or any fat... It sounds like you are in need of working on some resistance training... do you currently do any, or just tennis?
 
are you a competitive tennis player or is it recreation? You can get the body you want but there are many variables at play here. I would need to know what your current training (strength and conditioning) status is as well as your practice schedule. I would also like to know what you fuel your body with each day. Get me this info and I can help.
