Im 19 years old and have a belly. Right now I have started a routine to get me some protein while losing weight. I wanna get to a 6 pack, not extremely defined but atleast be able to see a small outline. The only equipment I have is an adjustable dumbell with a max of 30 pounds on it.
Here is my routine:
- Eat breakfast(sugar free plain yogurt, fruit, and milk)
- Go to class, come back, and do 3 sets of max pushups. Do intervals with biceps, so if i did pushups today, I would do biceps tommorow using dumbell.
- Then I do 3 sets of max crunches.
- Take a protein shake.
- Eat a large salad, with chicken.
- Chill, homework, shower, etc.
- Eat another salad with chicken.
- Drink green tea and go to bed.
Please critique, also please keep in mind, I dont have all the facilities available to me but I will try to do my best to accommodate them.
