Skinny 16 year old needs strength

Ok I am 16 years old, 130 pounds, and I have no muscle at all. I eat alot of carbs (Pasta) which is pretty bad since I dont really work out. I don't take any pills or protein powders. I'm going to be getting a gym pass soon. Can someone give me a daily routine I should do, I just need enough to look fit instead of bones. (At home routines and at gym)

My main goal is to get a more defined body, not really abs. Also I'd like some strength in my arms, literally they look like bones wrapped in skin.

Thanks

Uhh..

For Biceps you could do dumbell and barbell curls 3 sets of 10,8,6 increasing weight as you go along with weights that you feel comfortable with.

Wide grip pull ups 3 sets of 5 reps (or however many you can do)
Neutral grip pull ups 3 sets of 5 reps (or however many you can do)
Regular grip pull ups 3 sets of 5 reps (or however many you can do)

Tricep Dips 3 sets of 10

Benching 3 sets of 10,8,6 increasing weight as you go along.

Also, if you want to gain muscle you need to eat right. For gaining muscle you need to eat more than you regularly would, but not junk. Complex carbs, high protein foods etc.

I'm not an expert or anything, but this is pretty much what I've been doing since September and I've noticed some good gains.

Check out 'Weight Training 101' sticky, it will help you put together a routine that you'll be able to really grow with.

weights and nutrition is the answer to all muscle building. Get a nutrition plan and weight training plan and you will be set.

Take care
