Skin

I'm starting a low carb diet and I've been losing 1/2 a pound to 1/3 of a pound per day. I'm a 18 yr old 6,3 male and am 279 pounds. My fat dosent hang or pass 90 degrees or appear to hang but I'm concerned that I may get lose hanging skin, I have very wide shoulders and do lift every other day. However I do have some strech marks around my stomach that have been with my for about a year. I have large muscular thighs so I am not looking to get "skinny" or thin I dont think its possible. What weight should I be looking to achieve and do you think I'll have a problem with skin.
