six packs:(

Hello... i have 18 years old(girl) , i'm working for about 7 months on the gym.... but i don't have results on my abs. what diet and program should i take:( ?pleasee helppppp
 
Hello! There may be two reasons why you have not seen results: First of all you need to know that in order to see your six pack, body fat percentage must be reduced. This can be done by doing cardiovascular exercises such as running, swimming, cycling and rowing. This is needed as most people must reduce the layer of fat that sits above the six pack abs.

The second is that perhaps you have a low body fat but there is very little muscle to be seen. IN which case all you must do is build up the six pack by doing such exercises as crunches, leg raises, cycle crunches and compound movements which work the whole body and require the abs to stabilize you.

Overall, stick to cardio sessions and suppliment it with abdominal training.
