I know it's been a few weeks or so but I think this site is already wearing off on me. I think some people (150 views) remember what I showed as an example of my eating habbits. I now understand that breakfast is the most important meal and I try to eat healthy and know that my body is robbed of nutrients while sleeping and I need to replace them when I wake up. I also bought new running shoes and plan on continuing to run and get to my goal of 2 mile run daily by the end of the summer. I also have been reading a ton of articles given to me and many of the posts already here and gaining knowledge.
