Hi! am on my 4th week of Cohen Diet. It's been great, I lost 12lbs. My husband and I are planning a trip to Singapore on June. My program is for 4 months. And I am trying to be as obedient as I can be with my eating plan. Occasionally, I drink Diet Cola's to satisfy my sugar hunger. Anyway, my dilemma is if the trip push thru I have no idea on how I can maintain my Diet since we are planning to stay in a Hotel. That's why I want to know if anyone can share with me some resto's that are cohen friendly. Thanks!
