Simple Question

Something with plenty of carbs i suppose, like a sandwich and then have a banana for dessert, but you should eat like 1g of carbs per kg of bodyweight. So if you weigh 70kg you should consume about 70g carbs within two hours of exercise.
 
Some new studies seem to indicate that low fat chocolate milk is very beneficial after a workout. I'll let you read the (short) article and decide for yourself.
