Show me the muscle

I have trained by body for 9 months flat ( being training for 9 years) in the search of a stronger body. The results was great. But I can`t seem to get definition on my mid section and back. My legs are a artform. I can bench press 35kg`s (For a female). I have a strong back. I tried super sets, trisets. I tries higher reps and 3-4 sets. Still no luck. I took 3 weeks off gym thinking that maybe I needed a rest. 9 Weeks later and still no luck. My body takes +-3 weeks to get tired of any program so I have a variety problem. I jog, cycly, swim, weight train. I complete +- 120km of road work per 20 days.

What can I do to get a defined back and arms to go along with the package. By back is currentley in a V I have the mass. My arms has increased by 7cm in size.

HELP!!!!!

Check out the article on Charle Poliquin's website from Oxygen Magazine article he wrote dealing with this specific subject. I have used his techniques in the past with great results. He is usually light years ahead of the curve in terms of useful knowledge. He taught me about ketogenic (low carb) and isocaloric diets, Swiss ball work, and creatine years before anyone else.
