Is it just me being stupid, or do the recommended amounts of protein, fat and carbs for men not add up to match the recommended 2500 calories...
I'm not really looking to debate these figures, I don't base my diet off these or anything, I just thought the numbers seemed wrong when I saw them. I'm going off:
Carb (4kcal/g), protein (4kcal/g) and fat (9kcal/g)
So if they are giving out this advice (which doesn't apply to any of us here anyway) shouldn't their total calories match up to the macro nutrients
