Shouldn't my metabolism be quite fast by doing these?

1. I eat every 3-4 hours a day.
2. I power walk for an hour daily.
3. I do weightlifting day by day.
4. I drink a lot of water.
5. I eat breakfast.

So, I do all of those and still my metabolism doesn't seem to be fast since I can't lose ANY more weight. Not even a gram.
Here is the main question :

If I lost weight too fast which had as a result the slowing of my metabolism, can it speed up with the aforementioned things I do. They are all supposed to speed up your metabolism. So, if you have a slow metabolism from too fast weight loss, can you still fix that?

I am also, afraid that I will gain it back because by the end of summer I won't be able to exercise at all as I will be a senior so I will have to study insanely! Will, just keeping my calories under control help me maintain my weight?

How long have you been following this routine?

Do you know how many calories you eat per day?

What is your weight lifting routine? How many reps/sets/how much weight/what exercises?

1. Eating smaller, frequent meals does nothing for your metabolism.

2. Cardio can increase metabolism but it slows down shortly after.

3. You may be doing weight lifting but if you are not putting on any lean muscle mass, then metabolism will be the same afterwards.

4. Yes, you drink water.

5. Your metabolism is always 'on'. People telling you to have breakfast to 'kick start' your metabolism are wrong. If you didn't have a metabolism, you would be dead.
