Hey everybody!!!
Ok so i just kinda started doing these exercises for my abs like on monday and i decided that i really need to stick to it.. so i'd be happy... well i've done them everyday since monday... my question is... should i only do it like three times a week... or every other day.... is it bad to do it everyday..?? :confused:

When I asked a trainer at my gym she told me that if you are using weights for your abs do it everyother day but if you are just doing crunches or something like that without weights then you may do it every day.
 
I do mine everyday..but thats just me...I do about 100 a day...and sometimes a little bit more. I havent found it to be a problem..but my abs are just terrible so they need it!
 
if ur doing a 100 / day then ur wasting your time and not challenging yourself enough ... change it up till you are struggling to get 20 out.
