Should I take protein or not?

I weigh between 145-150ish im 15 years old and im 5,11- 6 foot. I work out almost every single day with about 1 hour and 30 minutes of differnt body workouts on days like monday, wednesday, Friday and run every day for a mile. And do my pushups and sit ups normally every single day. So I want to know if I should take protein I am pretty cut and bulky right now but ive been told from people to take protein and from others not to what should I do? and thanks
 
Evaluate your diet. If you're not getting enough protein, then supplement. To find out how much protein you need, research.
