I love the taste of muscle milk but I have heard a lot of different things. I am very thin and light. I want to remain light and quick because I play corner in football so I want to maintain my speed and quickness on the field but at the same time I have very little muscle on my body so I want to build some muscle and get cut. I am about 5'9 and 150-155 pounds, I don't want to get huge and have extra fat because I've been trying to cut my abs with ab ripper x. So which is better for me? Cytogainer seems like a better option for weight gains but like I said I just want to build some muscle and I want the protein to not taste completely disgusting.
So in short once again, I want to not gain any fat on my stomach, I run with an xvest every day, and then lift every night after work now (just began lifting now that I lost the weight I needed to lose for quickness). I just want my upper body to gain enough weight so I look cut and not weak and skinny in my upper body.
