You'd do well to put tri's and chest on the same day as you'll be working tri's with chest compounds anyway.
And what's the plan for legs?
its depends on how many times u go to the gym. if 2 times a week so to all body workout.
if 3-4 u can do AB progrem, and split.
dont to the triceps and chest at the same day...
