Weight-Loss Should I Decrease My Carb Intake Even More?

I'm looking to lose about 40 pounds. I'm a female, 5'3, and I've cut my calorie intake to 1200 calories, which I am completely comfortable with. I know some may say that is too low, but I never feel any bouts of hunger pain, nor do I go starving. My diet consists of chicken/turkey breast, salads, small wraps, oatmeal, fruits and veggies.
 
Your carbs are a little over 50% of your calorie count which isn't excessive. If you do want to try lowering your carbs (which may or may not benefit you), I'd suggest transferring 10% total to protein (leaving 128g carb).
