Should I Consider Taking Supplements?

Well I have not been around lately, I have been focusing on school, work and training.

I do Muay Thai and I finally found a workout schedule that will allow me to train to hopefully compete.

I go 5 days a week Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday is 1 hour each, its mostly lots of thai pad work, focus mitts, and very light sparring (safety for new people) at a good pace. Then the last 15 mins is all cardio or pylometrics.

Mon and Weds I go for 2 hours, the first hour is the same as above. But the second hour is heavy sparring 3-5 five minute rounds and 30 second rests between. Then the remainder is whatever the instructor says which is all very high paced.

We do a little strength training but nothing too serious.

Depending on workouts I find myself having a hard time recovering for the next hard day 48 hours away. I dont take any vitamins besides Ester-C and Arnica for bruising and swelling of my shins. Besides a multivitamin is there anything else I should be looking at, I dont really know what to take as I have never taken anything. I dont trust my local GNC as they tried to sell me Hydroxycut and I am already 6'3" 180lbs so I dont need to lose weight.

1. Fish Oil.
2. Multi-vit (a good one that can replace the Vit-C).

That it for the minimums. Optionals:

3. Whey
4. Creatine

I'm starting to rethink my stance on BCAAs and others due to a recent discussion between professionals on another forum.
