Sport Should I be taking supplements?

I've been on and off going to the gym for the last few years, but three years ago I was taking whey, creatine, glutamine, and multivitamins. Just a year ago I had some chronic stomach problems, which I'm not sure was caused by those supplements (I doubt it and so does my doctor), so I immediately dropped all of the supplements.

Now I'm starting back up again and I'm wondering if I should be taking something. I will definitely not go back on anything else except whey, which seems to be the safest supplement.

You think going all-natural is ok?
 
On top of what Derwy said, 'chronic stomach problems' could be the most general way to put it. What exactly was wrong? Creatine, along with some others is notorious for certain GI problems..
