I have been working out every day for 40-50 minutes at the gym for 5 weeks now. I do 20 minutes on the treadmil and 20-30 on the elliptical. The question I have is, should I be getting more in shape to where I can go for longer and faster? It seems that I still can only do the 40-50 minutes at the gym and be exhausted!! I am going a little faster and harder on the elliptical, but not doing much longer. Also I know i havent been working out for long and I am still much over weight. Still 313 pounds. Also I just now started to do weight training, dont know if that has any affect in it or not.
