Well, I am just gonna let you know what I am going to do to lose 80 lbs.

I only take 3 Stacker 2 Dietary Suppliments (Ephedra Free) a day after meals as directed.

Thursday:

When I Wake Up: Do 30 push ups. 30 Sit Ups


Morning 7:00 a.m.: 2 Slices of Bacon 1 egg. Cup of Milk Apple or Grapes.


Snack Around 10:20 a.m.: Small Bag of chips, Bottle of Water.


Lunch Around 2:00 p.m.: 6'' inch steak and cheese sub from Tubby's. Small Diet Coke. Stacker 2 Dietary Suppliment (Ephedra Free)


Snack 5:00 p.m.: 1 Cup of Water. Bag of Chips. Apple or Grapes Stacker 2 Fat Burning Pill (Ephedra Free)
Excercise: Walking 3.5 miles per hour on Treadmil for 45 minutes.
After Excercising: Another Bottle of Water.


Dinner 7:00 p.m.: Half of Frozen Pizza. Cup of Water. Stacker 2 Fat Burning Pill (Ephedra Free)


Before Bed: Do 30 push ups. 30 Sit Ups

And that would be what my diet thing would be lol. I would change The Tubby's to a sandwish or something aswell as the pizza occasionaly. If you have any suggestions to help me reach my goal or things I can change. Please mention them.

Well, you have a plan, and thats a great start!
Let me know how you like the stacker... If it works, I'm in. lol
looks like you have a lot of salt in your diet. I am trying not to have so much salt, but we are all going about our diets in a diff way.

Ya Know... I Don't Think This "plan" Will Work To Reach My Goal...

So I Think I Will Be Eating.... A Big Salad Seperated Into 3 Meals For Throut The Day. And I Will Walk Like 2 Hours And Day. On Weekends.. And 1 Hour On Week Days On A Treadmil Going 3.5 Miles Per Hour... And Drink Water.

When I Reach My Goal. I Will Be Excercising, And Eating To Maintain My Weight.

Did I Leave Anything Out?
