Ok, so past 2-3 years have seen me not training, drinking A LOT, living the student life of eating crap and generally being lazy.
Ill whack some pictures up of what i've become. I've whacked on about 2-3 stone since i last trained (about 14 stone) and im at an appalling 19.2 percent body fat percentage. I was about 15% 2 years ago which isnt great but its better than what i am.
Im slowly getting back into the training, low-ish carb diet, some supplements (MAP Arson, Isatori H+Blocker and PHD Recovery 2:1)
The past week ive been jogging about 20 mins a day on the treadmill, 15-20 minutes on the cross trainer, a few weights (machines not free weights).
Followed this up with a few laps of swimming and a steam room to wind down.
Trying to get back to around 15% body fat initially and around 12 stone. Ive pretty much kept some muscle definition but i have none of the strength i used to have.
Using this thread as a bit of motivation and ill whack some before pictures up when i get the chance!
