Im 5 ft and weigh about 115 pounds. I eat about 1200 calories and exercise about 20-30 minuetes 5-6 times a week. Im just curious about how many calories women my height eat to maintain/lose weight.
 
Just curious, are you successful in maintaining? I would almost see that caloric figure to be a reduction vs. a maintenance plan.... but it obviously depends on your vitals.

Just wondering are you still losing weight or are you maintaining your current weight at the moment? also its extremely important that those 1200 calories are of good nutritious / low fat calories.
 
I'm 5'1 and exercise roughly the same amount, but I eat about 1800 calories and maintain my weight at 120. I wonder how you manage to eat so little? Maybe I'm just overestimating my calorie intake but I'd consider 1200 calories a rather strict diet.
