Money's tight right now and my old running shoes are getting too worn to use. The inner backsides of the shoes now have the plastic interior lining exposed.
I did intervals for 30 minutes the other day, and when I was done, I noticed that the friction of my achilles tendon against the plastic backing of my shoe interior made me bleed straight through my sock!
Anyone know if there's a graceful way to reinforce this padding so I don't have to shell out cash on new running shoes?
