Shoe Padding

Money's tight right now and my old running shoes are getting too worn to use. The inner backsides of the shoes now have the plastic interior lining exposed.

I did intervals for 30 minutes the other day, and when I was done, I noticed that the friction of my achilles tendon against the plastic backing of my shoe interior made me bleed straight through my sock!

Anyone know if there's a graceful way to reinforce this padding so I don't have to shell out cash on new running shoes?

I don't know the "pad" answer...

If your running shoes have more than 350 miles on them then it is time to throw them away PERIOD.

Tight money or no, you have to bite the bullet and shell out the dough bro! Otherwise, you risk permanent damage to your feet, ankles, knees, hips, internal organs, etc.
