I have seriously tried to get rid of my potbelly, and I am almost giving up at this stage!! I have managed to get rid of most of the excess fat on my body over the years. Right now, am trying to tone up a little bit (female). I must say, after loosing the pounds, I am now fairly thin, but my potbelly sticks out like a sharp needle . It's seriously frustrating at this point. I avoid eating fatty foods (especially junk food). I go to the gym for cardio (both SS and HIIT) on the treadmill, 4 times a week. I also do 100 crunches 3 times a week. I use the abroller (50 pulls), three times a week. I have noticably lost fat over the rest of my body (actually, I'd say its all just to my target), but I could swear that as I slim away, my potbelly is still the same size over the years, and especially my lower abs!!! I dont know what am doing wrong! I do the cardio to 'get rid of the fat layer over my abs', but surprisingly enough, all I have now, is well shaped thighs, and the belly, still same size!!! My 'love handles' literally melt away, leaving the round belly all lonely . Please help. Anyone experienced this? What am I doing wrong???
