I love my new blender. I am currently making shakes all the time. My favourite at the moment is:

  • Strawberry
  • Pineapple
  • Red Grape
  • Banana
  • Natural Yoghurt
It is tasty. Not only is it tasty, but I nearly get all 5 portions in one hit!

I'll start adding Whey Protein once I get back into the routine.
 
simple, cheap, tasty:
strawberries
banana
vanilla whey
milk

extra calories, very cheap, tasty
peanut butter
olive oil
chocolate whey

i started adding plain yogurt to both
