my name is abraham,
i was 90 kg with 170cm high about 2 and half months ago..
now my weight is 79 kg with 170cm high..
what i have done are:
- eat only 700-900 kalorie per day
- not eat any carbohydrates after 17:00 until i have breakfast
- exercise 3 times a week (usually i take jogging in 05:00 morning twice a
week and badminton once a week)
- doctor gave me [spam link removed]
and its work bro...
the important thing is that we have a discipline and hard motivation to do that
