B/Fast.
Alpen, semi skinned milk.
Muller Light yogurt

30 mins on cross trainer 20 @ level 12 10 @ level 10.

Lunch.
4 pieces of Chicken
2 slices of wholemeal bread (no butter)
1 packet of crisps

200 sit ups
50 press ups

Dinner
Home Made Lasagne
boiled potatoes

2 litres of water & 6 pots of black coffee consumed durin the day.

Anything extra will be added.
 
25th 30 mins treadmill 20@ 7mph 8@ 6mph 2@8mph 150 sit ups 50 press ups

26th 100 sit ups light high rep shoulder, chest and tricep excersise with dumbells.

27th 30 mins cross trainer 20mins level 10 10 mins level 8. 100 press ups

30th 30 mins cross trainer 5 min each level from level 15 down to level 10. 100 sit ups.
 
31st 50 push ups, 50 sit ups

1st 30 mins treadmill 15 @ 7mph, 10 @ 65 mph 3 @ 8mph 2 @ 10mph 100 sit ups.

stepped up the diet.

Small snacks of dried fruit and nuts from 8am to 6pm with plenty of water.
