AS OF 12/27/05, I HAVE MADE A COMMITMENT TO EXERCISE. I AM GIVING MYSELF ONE YEAR TO LOSE 80 POUNDS. I KNOW IT'S POSSIBLE BECAUSE OTHERS HAVE DONE IT. I AM ABLE TO DO SO MANY THINGS IN MY LIFE AND I FEEL SUCCESSFUL. MY WEIGHT IS THE ONLY THING I HAVE FAILED MISERABLY AT. AT THIS POINT THERE IS REALLY NO EXCUSE FOR ME TO BE AS HEAVY AS I AM. I LOVE TO TRY NEW THINGS, AND BEING OVERWEIGHT IS GETTING OLD- TIME TO TRY SOMETHING NEW.

TARGET WEIGHT: 135 OR LESS
START DATE: 12/27/05
METHOD: INCREASED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND HEALTHIER EATING
GOAL: BETTER HEALTH AND BETTER PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:D

here's a little before picture. I'll be glad to take a picture without having
to hide rolls and supersize thighs.:eek:
 
hello! i'm pretty new here but your motivation sounds great! good luck on your journey. i'm sure you'll find a lot of help when you are down & positive encouragement when your scale is down!! good luck...& happy new year.
 
Just wanted to say g'day and welcome to the forum, having a diary here is a great way to track your eating and exercize and you will get great support here.
