Im sorry people but i think supplements are stupid and not usefull. Why would you wanna get big by cheating? working out natrual is the best way and at the end you know you did it your self and not some supplement did it for you. I think ppl should workout naturally without supplements cause its called cheating
 
Supplments won't build anything without work. Supplments are just that. Protein supplemnts, fish oils, flax seeds, creatine are all are natural.............

Yeah and all those people taking supplements to reduce blood pressure and cholesterol are cheating too. They are all stealing my air and occupying real estate that I should be able to acquire at an estate sale. "Die damn you, Die you damn cheaters".

No really, I could only agree with you if you were talking about illegal supplements. Anything else is fair game.....
 
dont forget the asthmatics with there goddamned ventolin...which is a steroid so those friggin cheaters should just deal with the way they are and die already.

So technically anything you do differently while working out, like eating more, would be considered a supplement. What about the extra calcium they put in orange juice, are you against that? It doesn't come like that, they supplement the OJ with it.. But people shouldn't drink it because it's not natural, after all if they want strong bones that must drink milk, period. A multi-vitamin to make up for the vitamins & minerals you don't normally get, that's bad? Protein powder when you can't eat 4000 calories in a day to get enough, that's bad? Creatine, which is found naturally in red meat, bad? So if I don't feel like eating 4 big steaks (or can't afford) I shouldn't get creatine? And finally to repeat another good point

vitamins, minerals, glucosamine, fish oil, etc are supplements that along with a solid meal plan help to make sure your body is working efficiently. you may see it as cheating and thats your opinion. personally i think its good nutrition
 
the original troll...err, poster won't even reply. I think he just thinks he's somehow superior to all of us that take vitamin's and EFA's to stay healthier than him.
 
ha. well i do know some ppl just dont want to take supplements for one reason or another, and this is perfectly fine. they dont have to take them. but to scream cheating vs natural, i dont follow that line of thinking
