Hello.

I am definitely too heavy, definitely wary of trying and failing again. 46, mother of four, lots to lose, considering going back to W/W where I have succeeded and then failed time after time.

Is there an appropriate forum you can think of - and how do I accomplish on this machine?

Thanks

on this machine? um not really sure what you mean?

this is the right forum for you, jump right in!

As far as the appropriate forum, I want to tell you that before I came here I joined lots of other ones. They were fine to start off with, but it seemed like each time some new people joined, others got forgotten. I just didn't feel like anybody cared. Since I've been here, I can honestly say that every day, there are many people giving me support, advice, encouraging words, and a shoulder to cry on! You have come to the right place. Why not give us an idea of where you stand. How much do you need to lose? What have you tried? What do you feel are your strengths and weaknesses? We will help you all we can. Don't worry, it's never too late and no matter how hard it is, there's always someone here for you! Welcome

Hey there - welcome to our forum!!! I agree with what April said - you will definately find this place to be supportive, but you gotta give us the basics to help you out =) Hope to hear from you soon!

Welcome to the forum! Try writing and online diary here and you'll get lots of support, feedback and encouragement. I imagine you are very busy (and blessed!) with 4 kids. Don't feel guilty about taking the time for yourself to treat your body well and focus on YOU for a change. Remember, if mama aint happy, aint NOBODY happy. Glad to have you here. Love, Julia
