Shakes

Is it safe for a 14 year old to drink these protein, fat shakes?

Im 6foot and around 130lbs. Im really skinny and can't put on muscle. I need to put on weight.

I have 3 decent filling meals a day but still no weight gain.

Any ideas? Can I take those shakes?
 
Read around the forums before asking these questions, there are many threads on the same thing. For 14 years old, you should be able to get a lot of food around the house. Look for more meals with more protein so that you won't have to resort to shakes. If you still can't get in the protein, then it would be fine.
