shake

hey guys i just started to take a shake i take one after my work out it is a whey one and i was wondering well could i take a whey shake in the morning and one in the afternoon after my workout?
 
Yes you can, But its better to eat real food. If your not getting enough protien in your diet then its ok to suppliment with protein powder.
 
yeah i know breakfast is a big meal and u should eat but i am not a breakfast person so i was thinking maybe a protein shake in the morning should i mix it with mater or milk? after lifting i do water cuz i really dont carry milk with me at the gym but never tried milk with protein before someone said i should but i just started takeing it.....
 
Not being a breakfast person is not a good enough reason not to have breakfast.

You will not gain any muscle if you dont have a good breakfast. You need carbohydrate to gain muscle as well as protein. You can have a shake but make sure your eatting some oats, eggs or at least some bread or cerial.
 
The shake is better than nothing at all if that's all you can stomach. Mixed with milk it's certainly not a bad choice.
