nice. do you rotate the set/rep schemes every workout? whats the program/plan?

Yeah its been going alright, lots of injury issues but apart from that pretty good. So are you going to stick around this time?

Yeah, I'm gonna really try to hit up this place as often as I can - looks like we already have a ton of new people that are now frequent posters haha...

Ooh I haven't really been able to get my square and dl's very far at all recently man - I'm setting about 185 ATG squats. I'm starting back up tomorrow to begin the week and going straight from there

Recently I've kinda been sticking to a specific rep scene for specific exercises and it's been working great for me so ima stick with it for a little while longer. I played football and basketball this year but now I'm at out high school so it might just be some pick up games. Good to see ya pb :)
 
Hey sorry it took a while to get back.. I messed up my back a few days ago and as of now I'm on a trip to Oregon to visit my bro - when I get back believe me ima hit the gym hard
