I have a question for you athletes. For those of you that are married and those that are not, do you experience any type of reduction in sexual stiffness on the days you workout. If so what do you take to gain energy.
Lol theres always stiffness with the big mac. Rofl. Sorry had to run with this one. I dont have any sexual stiffness on any of my workout days that i know of though.
unless you're overtraining or under eating, working out shouldn't hamper your ability to sustain a full erection. Whenever the body is too tired or over stressed, that's when a person who doesn't suffer from erectile dysfunction would have problems.
well right after a workout, i believe T levels are decreased. and i have to say for maybe 90 minutes after a workout, my sex drive is diminish drastically. but usually, after that, there are no problems.
Thanks for all clarifying I thought something was wrong. This is what my workout schedule looks like.
Sunday thru Thursday......Rest days on Friday and Saturday
30mins of cardio
10 X 3 rep of bench press
12 X 3 Chest Press (2 different machines totalling 6 reps)
12 X 3 Shoulder (2 different machines totalling 6 reps)
12 x 3 Leg Curls
12 x 3 leg press
10 x 3 arm curls
This is my routine on the above mentioned days with no fail, most times I will add some other excercise.
After reading this board, I am thinking of splitting cardion and the weight to different days.
