Setting goal for your plan is good. And it will help to motivate you to get to your target.

But when come to goal setting, you have to make sure that you have a realistic goal. Something like "I want to lose 5 kg in 2 months".

As losing weight depend on your lifestyle, it is varies between different people. Don't compare with the rest. Just set your goal and move toward your target.
