Setting up Total Gym

My mom just gave me her Total Gym because she didn't use it, but when I tried to use it I realized I didn't know how to set it up.

Does anyone here have one and willing to tell me how to do it? It was folded up in the storing position. My mother said that you need to lay it flat first before it can be set up to be used, and I did that, but now I'm lost. I don't have the instruction manual or the tape (I couldn't play it anyway)... any help?

ah nevermind I think I got it. I'll have to try and keep it this way. That was kind of annoying.
 
lol i have a total gym as well, but its like 6 years old now, bahhh, lost the instructional videos and frekin workout packet HAHA

i head to the gym and workout xP
