Sesamin/CLA stack

Has anyone heard of or known someone to take a sesamin/CLA stack for fat loss? Anyone taken JUST one or the other? Any info. would be appreciated.
 
CLA is the most popular non-stimulant thermogenic after Calcium Pyruvate. It works for some people, not so well for others. The thing about CLA is that we really have no idea HOW it works in the body -- so if you want something you can rely on, I suggest starting with Pyruvate.
 
basically i was just referring to a good meal plan with weight training and cardio. but this is an interesting piece from christian finn

None of the studies on CLA have compared it directly to the omega-3 fatty acids found in high-fat, cold water fish (such as salmon or mackerel). When you consider that just six grams of fish oil daily has been shown to increase fat loss, reduce insulin levels, and improve cardiovascular risk profile, CLA does appear to be a rather weak alternative. Diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids have also been linked with lower levels of lipoprotein [a] and a reduction in plasma insulin.
