I'm getting a lil' confused here , i've been drinking Anlene milk . and I realized it said 30 gram of serving equal to tbspn , but i thought 1 tbspn equal to 15 gram , same goes to Quaker Oat , 35 gram = 5 tbspn ?

Please help me . because I don't to add another half of calories

You can't measure grams and tablespoons equally. They are two different types of measurements. (volume vs. mass)

I believe you're getting confused that 1 tbsp equals to approx. 15 mL.

So 1 tbsp of your milk, for example, happens to weigh 30 grams. But it is still 15 mL.

Please correct me if I am mistaken.
