I am really mystified! J told me last night that I smelled like smoke. (My breath) I had just returned from a mountain bike ride that was not too intense (technically) and not too long (about an hour and a half).
On his way off to work he said I still smell like smoke. He's never smoked a day in his life but both his parents smoke. I quit smoking in July 2001. My last cig was Dec 2001 (relapse for 2 days and back on the wagon).
When I was a teen my family sold Shaklee. We had a distributor that was an ex pipe smoker. 10 years after he quit he got on the vitamins and he started smelling like stale pipe smoke. We figured it was detox.
That would apply to me except: Three years ago I did a series of fasts (Juice and water) ending with a 28 day fast. I can't take multi-vitamins because every single kind I've tried gives me a migraine. So I take Flinstones and Citrical. I am working out more intensely now (hiking and biking instead of videos), but my diet is the same - A tiny bit healthier but no major difference.
I can't imagine I'm bringing on a detox of any sort with my current diet and exercise...
What could it possibly be? At first I thought it was coffee, but I brushed my teeth and tongue this morning (and last night) and hadn't had a cup before kissing J goodbye.
Any ideas would be appreciated!
