Serious Mass by optimum.

Looking at two sites with the same product but one says its 3500 calories and the other 1250 calories. I have heard allot about Optimum and hear they are good so i am gonna give there products a try. I am just confused as to why they both have different calories

They both say 1250 calories. But one site offers a small tidbit/FYI stating "To gain just one pound of bodyweight, it takes approximately 3,500 calories above and beyound what is needed for daily maintenance."

hehe, another supplement question by smithmachine. What about all those NO xyz and the other you got the last time I remember you asking a supps question?

stopped NO ages ago. I am gonna give Cell-tech from muscle tech a crack because all the hype around it and the good **** i have heard about it but its expensive as hell. I haven't bought a new supplement other then protien powder, creatine mono, fish and flax oil and multivitamins in farking ages. I am only changing protein powder now because i have been with the same one for about 6 months now and i am getting over the taste of it.

I googled it and i am looking at a pretty botch version of which is pretty much dextrose and creatine  This is what i do with my regular creatine. They put like 10 years of research into Celltech and you can just make it with pure creatine and dextrose....?
