Sport Serious Life Changes..

I'm 17 years old, and currently in my graduating year. Currently 110 and 5"7 I've always been a slimmer girl. Alot of stress and some health issues lately and it's time to make some positive health changes :)
I'm currently looking for a great workout, love to run and sit ups are a favourite past time, i'd really like to gain muscle in my arms and tone my legs.
If anyone has any advice on any meal plans, a balanced eating plan for someone my age, that may be suitable for my age ( being on the go alot ), and a workout that can get me feeling refreshed i would appreciate any comments or help at all!
