Age- 17
Gender- Male
Sport- Track (various sprints)
I've been conditioning for the upcoming season since last Teusday, and YESTERDAY I had a good workout which consists of warmups (lunging, high-stepping, etc...), ab. and push-up routines, then our final workout.
After I finished, I had an increasingly aggravating left-knee pain that started as a minor pain when running, to a severe ache and twinge whenever I move my left foot or leg at all! The pain is right on the inside of my left knee, and depending on how I move, above my knecap and inside the back of my inner knee.
I cannot even walk on it without crutches that were given to me by the doctor unless I move extremely slow, barely taking small baby steps.
Like I said, we do so many different excersises and I don't know when I may have injured myself, but it doesn't feel good at all. I've just recovered from an L5 stress fracture in my lower back during weight lifting, so I'm pretty sure it's not a bone.
PLEASE DIAGNOSE ME!!!!
