Sport Serious Help With Diet...

Ok last summer i really got into working out...running...and eating healthy mainly for football and by halfway into the summer i was pretty much ripped beyond belief...Then i got hit...broke my knee...got surgery and lost those "cut abs". Now this year i have more muscle mass but i also have a little excess fat around my waist and i wanna lose it....but i cant seem to maintain a diet that will do it...

i tried eating a bagel or cereal in the morning....a pbj for lunch....and a burger or something for dinner...

the prob with this is that i cant maintain it and i lose control and binge on the weekends....

First off, you need to educate yourself on what does what to your body.
Your approach seems pretty lax so Im not surprised that you dont have your abs anymore. Abs are made in the kitchen, so get in there and figure out how to eat right! :)

There are lots of posts describing how to eat and when etc..

That will give you an idea of what is what.
you gotta eat more frequently and with less of a ladida attitude lol..
 
ty now i know what type of foods i should be eating but do you think by consuming more protein or some more calories i could actually burn fat faster and easier??

i always see people throwing out ideas about "starvation mode" and eating more to get a higher metabolism...does this work??
