Serious Fatigue .. ?!!

Okay, So i have a serious fatigue due to not exercising at all and just sitting in front of the TV or PC everyday. And i get stressed about everything which i guess makes the fatigue worse. But i decided to start exercising and just ended up injuring myself due to the fatigue. So how am i supposed to start exercising when all my joints are stiff. Btw, im 15 :drooling1:

Start of slowly and build yourself up, the more you do the more energy you'll have (but there is a limit- you do still need to sleep and rest!).

Maybe start off with a 30 min walk once per day and build from that, add running or jogging a few weeks or month later when you feel like it. You'll find that once you master the walking and feel you have energy left to spare at the end, that doing more will come naturally, the point is that your trying to make it just that bit more difficult then you can already manage- this is training. You become used to your goals, reach them easily, then set higher goals, you become better, stronger, fitter and having more energy is a side effect from that.

Your joints are likely to be stiff as your not moving. Move more they will ache less and you will find things become easier.

However is you notice any serious swelling, bruising or feel very sharp jagged pain, see a medical expert to rule out anything serious.

You should probably hire a personal trainer when starting to exercise. The gym is not a place for newbies who don't know how or what to do. We put much extra force on ourselves than we ever normally do in everyday life, this can cause a serious injury if we don't know proper body mechanics.

Well maybe try to do the basics like stretching or maybe swimming even walking on the pool will do.
just don't push yourself so hard. Do exercises that you think your body can handle and also son't forget to eat healthy food.

The good news is if your doing nothing, anything will help! Focus on fun exercise, so long as your puffing it'll work, and because it's fun you'll be motivated to do it!
