But due to school, i am not going to have a stable eating plan. As a high school student I go to school from 7:45 to 2:30, but luckily i have fourth block lunch throughout the year (11:20 to 12:00). How should I go at my eating schedule?
Also I have my bulking schedule for lifting down and my Daily Recommended Calories is 3200, so what would be a good eating plan thats around 3700 calories? I have a hgih intolerance (its almost like an allergic reaction) to peanuts, and I do not eat any type of seafood, if that helps.
