So here I am, starting another thread, let's hope that this month is injury free for me...:blush5:

After a month and half off I'm going to ease into it and just hope for a 2 pound loss as it will probably take me a while to build up an exercise routine again. Friday weigh days.

Well I forgot to weigh myself today, but yesterday I was at 75.1 Kg.

September 1st: 74.9 Kg.
September 4th: 75.1 Kg.

I want to be below 294 by the end of the month (-15). -4 for the month. I'm a bit late to the party and I certainly didn't make anything like my goal. I', 301.8 this morning (10/2) so I'm getting back on track for October.

This week was better than last week. I could have been back on track except for all of the eating out on the weekend. However, I still managed to lose 3 lbs in a week so I'm not complaining.

Last week I turned it around a bit by working on motivating myself more - reading weight loss stories on forums or watching vids on youtube, following Fitspo, etc.. I'm still a bit sluggish with the exercise but my eating is so much better. Hoping to be on track for my month-end goal by next week.

September 1: 185 lbs

Not a great eating week. Just glad I didn't go up. If I really get my act together I have a small chance at making my goal but I'd be happy with 157 or 158 at this point.
