okay, so some of you may know that i have been yo-yoing between 145 and 150 for months. i know i could lose all the weight if stuck to what worked with the first 20 pounds, but i have horrible willpower when it comes to food!but i have become really unhappy with my appearance, to the point of not wanting to be seen. everything is less enjoyable. so i'm going to try really hard to get on track again, and lose 8 pounds in the month of september! i figure even if i lose 3 or 4, that's still better than gaining as i have been! so, i want to weigh in every week on here, and have you do the same! i will report what new recipes i've tried and try to make it a fun challenge to lose this weight! let's start reporting our weight every saturday morning. go mark your calender. starting this saturday, you are accountable. by the end of this month, let's all be 5-10 pounds slimmer! ready, go!
