Selling a used car - What needs to be done?

I'm finally getting around to selling my '92 Saturn. I just want to make sure I do everything legal. Anyone here go through selling a used car? Other than signing a the title do I have to do anything to make it official?
 
Usually you want to have the title signed by a notary as well. They will usually provide a bill of sale as well.

However I have gotten rid of four vehicles by just signing the title.
