I just received my March 2007 issue of SELF magazine & saw that the annual SELF Challenge is starting Monday February 26th.

I have done this program in the past (actually how I lost some weight a few years back & got into the habit of working out regularly- course those healthy habits had faded).

Just wondering if anyone else is planning on doing this program?

There is information on their website as well.

Anyone in?
 
i've tried it in y ears past but haven't quite had themotivation for it -maybe this yearwill be different -i got supremely bored with their jump start diet plan this year :)
 
yeah this really isn't so exciting. Guess when you aren't exercising at all, then its a great step. I also hate the meal plan stuff. I am doing well with what I am doing, I don't want to have to rethink everything & just eat WHAT they suggest... half doesn't even sound great anyway.

I may be beyond all this.
 
their food diary has an interesting feature that I do like -

the where I ate, and the mood and also how hungry was I.... I wish that could be incorporated into some of the other online food diaries...

the meal plans though - have some interesting ideas but I just don't have that kind of time in the morning...
