Hello! I'm newly registered here, but not exactly new to weight loss.
A few years ago, I was very overweight, due to - well, who knows what all the factors involved were? But included in there was a high-stress, low-activity job, and lots of food. Then I moved, took on different work in a different environment, dropped about forty pounds, and was very pleased with myself. I still weighed more than I should (I'm female, 5'4", 191 lbs) but I was pretty impressed that I'd lost as much as I had.
Yes, but I'm still well overweight, and I think the time has come to take a deep breath and dive back in and in the long run hope to lose another forty pounds - so here I am. If anyone wants to find me, I'll be at Club 190, though hopefully only for a very short time!
